HW: 135lbs
LW: 105 lbs
I personally don't believe in "goal weights" or weighing myself really. Sometimes the numbers on the scale don't match the girl in the mirror.
But if I had to chose a GW I would like to go back to my lowest weight: 105 lbs or so.
I try and support all the other weight-loss blogs out there because I know that no one can do this alone.

According to my scale, I should look thin, emaciated even.
But I don’t.
I still look the same as when I started this journey. It’s so discouraging.
And I don’t know what to do about it.
